Data Requests

You may request statistical information from the Oklahoma Center for Poison & Drug Information via email at Oklahoma_Poison@ouhsc.edu. Please clearly explain the information you are seeking (for example: substance(s), age groups(s), time frame). There are no fees associated with the request. It may take up to 10 business days to complete your request.

Please Note - The Oklahoma Center for Poison & Drug Information transitioned to new database software on May 3rd, 2021 and we no longer the ability to search, in sufficient detail, records created prior to that date with the exception of retrieving individual case records for inclusion in patient charts.

At this time the only historical data we can provide is statewide aggregate data, and even that data set is limited in nature. Our IT team and the software vendor are working on a solution that will allow us to import data from prior years, but a projected date for completion has not been provided. Until our historical data is imported we are unable to provide detailed information such as county, patient age, reason for exposure, class of pharmaceutical agent, etc.
